For our couples that are organized and detail-oriented but are looking for a little more help getting those last details settled! Our Month-of Coordination Package gives you access to one of our incredible Lead Panner and Coordinators who will work with you on your larger timeline, handle those unavoidable questions, and ensure your day functions smoothly.

Our Month-of Package includes:

  • Initial intro call to walk you through your White Dahlia Digital Folder.

  • Includes all White Dahlia Planning Documents, Tools and Checklists.

  • Access to our entire planning team via email upon booking with introduction to your specific Lead Coordinator Three months prior-to.

  • Unlimited access to planning team via email during the planning process.

  • Additional check-in consults via phone:
    - 9 Months out
    - 6 Months out
    - 3 Months out
    - 1 Month out
    - 1 Week out

  • Vendor recommendations from our planning team.

  • Creation of customized wedding day timeline.

  • Assistance with transportation timeline.

  • Attend final venue walk-through.

  • Ceremony processional planning including coordination of ceremony rehearsal.

  • Coordinator onsite for vendor arrival and logistics.

  • Ceremony and reception site set up of personal decor.

  • Day of ceremony coordination.

  • White Dahlia staff remains on site for the duration of the event to assist with timeline execution and vendor coordination.

  • Ceremony and reception site tear down of personal decor. 

  • White Dahlia Staff will pack up and load all personal decor into the client's designated vehicle.
