Kelsey and Jess started White Dahlia in 2019, after many years working in the wedding industry. Their vision was to create a company that could offer couples everything they would need for a fully-planned and an intentionally designed event, as well as an incredible team to be with them every step of the way. Since then, WD has evolved to include an amazing planning, design, and rental team.

ABOUT KELSEY
Proud dog mom of three, travel junkie and self taught environmentalist. Courtney prides herself on making unique individual connections with our clients. With her deep passion for curating new collections, Courtney quickly became our go to gal for all things rentals! She intentionally blends our well loved and vintage pieces with our modern newbies, to create a one of a kind style. When Courtney isn’t helping us execute events, you will find her visiting local restaurants with her husband and sweet pups, attempting d.i.y projects around her home, and of course encouraging everyone to stop using plastic straws...Obvi!
Kelsey got her start in the wedding world as a venue coordinator at an award-winning venue in beautiful Southwest Michigan. It was there that she met her business partner, Jess, and the idea for White Dahlia began to bloom. Kelsey is happiest behind the scenes, making sure all the tiny details come together to create one seamless, beautiful day. With a love for organization, an eye for design, and an appreciation for the little moments that make weddings so special, she brings both creativity and calm to every event.
Her favorite wedding moment? When the couple sees each other for the very first time — cue the happy tears. When she’s not doing all things weddings, you can find her spending time with her husband and son, building Legos, eating something delicious, shopping, or perfecting her at-home barista skills.
ABOUT JESS
Jess’s love for weddings began with her background in music and dance, where timing, movement, and meaningful moments all come together; which makes her passion for wedding timelines make perfect sense! She loves connecting with couples, keeping the day flowing seamlessly, and bringing a calm-but-fun energy wherever she goes. She’s also a hugger, so don’t be surprised if you’re welcomed like an old friend.
When she’s not coordinating weddings, you can find her hauling her daughter to competitive dance competitions, cheering on her son at all the sports-ball games, or blasting Adele in the car. With her infectious smile and signature big curly hair, Jess is pretty easy to spot and even easier to love.

Jenna is a lover of all things humorous, a proud mac and cheese connoisseur, and always up for a good conspiracy theory. She joined the team right out of college and has been ready to hit the ground running ever since. Jenna loves building personal connections with couples and watching their wedding visions come to life right alongside them. Her goal is to help each couple soak up every moment of their day while leaving the behind-the-scenes magic to her and the team.
Since joining White Dahlia, Jenna also recently married the love of her life, giving her an even deeper appreciation for all the little moments that make a wedding day so special. When her mind isn’t on weddings, you can find her playing card games with family, kayaking, or roasting marshmallows over the fire with the people she loves most.

Meetra truly knows no strangers! She is one of the kindest, friendliest people you’ll ever meet. If you’re one of our Tabor Hill brides, there’s a good chance you’ll see Meetra on wedding day making sure the venue is looking absolutely pristine and ready for all the magic. With a background in winemaking and a love for good wine and great food, she brings both warmth and expertise wherever she goes.
When she’s not at Tabor Hill, you can find her at our warehouse packing, cleaning, organizing, and getting rentals wedding-day ready. Outside of work, Meetra loves camping with her husband and spending time with her son and daughter. She’s the kind of person who makes everything and everyone feel a little more cared for.

When she’s not helping us execute beautiful events or dreaming up new rental collections, you can find her trying local restaurants with her husband, loving on her sweet pups, attempting DIY projects around the house, snuggling her baby boy, and of course, encouraging everyone to stop using plastic straws… obvi!

Brooke is one of our Lead Coordinators and brings the perfect mix of organization, heart, and calm-under-pressure energy to every wedding day. With a background in elementary education, Brooke is a natural problem solver, thoughtful collaborator, and professional “we’ve got this” kind of girl! Because let’s be honest, years in the classroom prepare you for just about anything!
Her passion for people and attention to detail help keep each couple’s vision at the center of everything she does. Brooke’s goal is simple: to make sure every couple has a beautiful, smooth, and stress-free wedding day.
When she’s not coordinating weddings, you can find her donating her time to the Women’s Service League, living her best Swiftie life, or spending time with her husband. She’s kind, dependable, and always ready to make wedding-day magic happen.
