Our Full Service Planning package connects you with one of our team members as soon as you book. We work with you on personalized recommendations, bookings, and communications. Our team will learn your story and help develop your vision for the best day ever! This package is for those couples who want extensive planning support and increased access to materials that will help your day go smoothly.

Our Full Service Package includes:

  • Comprehensive consultation at time of booking.

  • Access to your White Dahlia Planning Software upon booking.

  • Includes all White Dahlia Planning Documents, Tools and Checklists.

  • Access to the White Dahlia collection of pre-made design proposals to help curate your dream wedding. 

  • Access to White Dahlia pre-curated design proposals (set aesthetic styles and decor) to help curate your dream wedding.

                *Option to upgrade to custom design for additional fee​

  • Unlimited access to planning team via email during the planning process.

  • Up to two monthly planning calls. 

  • Up to two pre-event in person consultations, including your final venue consultation.

  • Personalized vendor recommendations, bookings, and communication from the planning team.

  • Personalized recommendations for rehearsal dinner and next day brunch from the planning team.

  • White Dahlia pre-arrival concierge service including:

  • Budget creation and management through planning software.

  • Assistance with transportation logistics. Including initial quote, booking, and day-of schedule.

  • Creation of customized wedding day timeline.

  • Floor plan and logistics review. 

  • Ceremony processional planning including coordination of ceremony rehearsal.

  • Planner onsite for vendor arrival and logistics.

  • Ceremony and reception site set up of personal decor.

  • Day of ceremony coordination.

  • White Dahlia staff remains on site for the duration of the event to assist with timeline execution and vendor coordination.

  • Ceremony and reception site tear down of personal decor.

  • White Dahlia Staff will pack up and load all personal decor into the client's designated vehicle.

  • COORDINATION + PICKUP OF WEEKEND GROCERIES AND TOILETRIES FOR ONE AIRBNB OR VACATION HOUSE.

  • STOCKING AND ORGANIZING OF ITEMS PRE-ARRIVAL.

  • WELCOME FLOWERS + CHARCUTERIE BOARD
