Perfect for the couple looking for a little extra help on the day of their wedding. Our least extensive but most budget-friendly coordination option!

DETAILS

Our Day-of Package includes:

  • Initial intro call to walk you through your White Dahlia Digital Folder.

  • Includes all White Dahlia Planning Documents, Tools, and  Checklists.

  • Contact with your Lead Coordinator will begin one month prior to your wedding day to review final details. Vendor communication will also begin at this time.

  • Review of all documents in Digital Folder, including floor plan & logistics.

  • Final timeline creation and revisions. 

  • Vendor confirmation emails.

  • Attend final venue walk-through.

  • Ceremony processional planning including coordination of ceremony rehearsal.

  • Review and set up of all personal decor.

  • Day-of coordination of vendors, timeline, set-up, ceremony, reception.

  • Ceremony and reception site tear down of personal decor. 

  • White Dahlia Staff will pack up and load all personal decor into the client's designated vehicle.
