Hidden Vineyard Venue Opener
PART-TIME, SEASONAL
Responsibilities include:
* Opening the venue and turning on all the lights.
* Pulling decor inventory and checking it out on the decor list.
* Setting up ceremony chairs.
* Making sure the barn is set up according to the layout
* Quickly tidying up the venue
* Greet client and vendors, answer any questions they may have
* Ongoing during the event; picking up any trash, making sure clients and guests are safe and following venue rules, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, regularly checking sound level, etc.
10 am - 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays
9 am - 5 pm on Fridays
Hidden Vineyard Venue Closer
PART-TIME, SEASONAL
Responsibilities include:
* Putting away ceremony chairs and cleaning up any trash
* Putting all decor inventory back and checking it back in
* Ongoing during the event; picking up any trash, making sure clients and guests are safe and following venue rules, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, regularly checking sound level, etc.
* Ensure all vendors and guests are off the premises at the set time.
* Take out the trash, turn off all the lights and lock all doors.
5 pm - 12 am Friday - Sunday
Wedding Coordinator Assistant
PART-TIME, SEASONAL
Responsibilities include:
* Putting away ceremony chairs and cleaning up any trash
* Putting all decor inventory back and checking it back in
* Ongoing during the event; picking up any trash, making sure clients and guests are safe and following venue rules, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, regularly checking sound level, etc.
