All inclusive planning experience which includes:


  • Access to planning software to keep you organized from start to finish.

  • Comprehensive budget projections and a planning timeline that will enable you to stay on track and on budget.

  • An in-person or FaceTime meeting with Kelsey and Jess to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities, and put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives.

  • Full design planning, including but not limited to: tablescapes, ceremony, gift/guestbook table, dessert table, bar, lounge area, etc.

  • A detailed timeline created for your wedding day.

  • Transportation scheduling for your out of town guests.

  • 2-3 researched vendor options per service, ranging in price and capability to best fit your needs.

  • Rehearsal coordination, including assistance with booking the rehearsal dinner location.

  • Ceremony and reception coordination.

  • Decor set up and break down.

  • Our attendance at up to 4 vendor meetings to ensure the thorough communication of timeline and/or design.

  • Unlimited emailing throughout planning period. (*Please note that we only respond to emails during office hours Monday-Thursday.)

  • Up to two additional in-person meetings at 19 North during office hours, scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • A final consult 2-4 weeks prior to eventday, scheduled in advance.

Tabor Hill Private Events

Set up & breakdown of decor + ceremony coordination: 

  • Contact couple 7-14 days prior to wedding day

  • Collect all day-of documents: Processional order | List of vendors | Timeline of events | Final floorplan

  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • Collect (prior to wedding day), review and set up all personal decor

  • On-site for vendor set up

  • Coordination of ceremony service

  • Depart at 6:00pm once ceremony has concluded and cocktail hour has begun

  • Breakdown staff arrives at 10:00pm (time can vary based on timeline and amount of decor)

  • Help pack up and load all personal decor back into vehicle
